Setting: Following the trail south from Wellspring cave, Benoliz comes to the entrance of Nacrene City, where he finds Lufan waiting for him.

Lufan: (Tossing a bag to him) "Hey, Benoliz. Wanted to give these to you."

*Benoliz catches the bag, lookin inside to see it is filled with Chestro Berries*

Benoliz: "Oh, thanks Lufan." (Putting it in his bag)

Lufan: "The gym leader uses normal types, so getting a fighting type would certainly help you out."

*once Benoliz gave a nod to the advice, Lufan walks off*

Llia: (Walking around with Benoliz, looking up in amazement) "Look at this place! Full of rugged buildings!"

Jemma: (Fluttering her wings) "Yeah I was hatched here! Swell place for us bird Pokémon. (Perches on Benoliz's shoulder) Why don’t we go challenge the gym, eh, Benoliz?"

Benoliz: (Tilts his head, hair falling in front of his face, contemplating) "I….guess we could. Doesn't seem to be any fighting types around."

*As he walks into the gym doors, N comes out*

Benoliz: (Backing up, a bit startled) "...N, wasn’t it?"

N: (Raising his arms and looking to the sky, as if he was possessed) "I…want to see things no one can see; the truths of Pokémon inside pokeballs. The ideals of how Trainers should be. Pokémon at perfection! (Lowers his arms and stares at Benoliz from under his hat) Don’t you agree?"

Benoliz: (Steps back, a bit put off) "…well, yes…that’s sort of why I am a trainer to start with I guess."

N: (Pulling out a pokeball) "Hrmm…well, if that is true, then I think my friends and I should test you if you can see this future, too."

*Battle commences; N sends out a Pidove, Benoliz sends out Jemma*

Jemma: "Put up your feathers, window-stain~!" (She uses quick-attack, critical hit; ko's the Pidove)

Benoliz: "Okay Jemma, switch out with Llia!" (Returns Jemma to her pokeball, and throws Llia's; N sends out a Tympole)

*Tympole uses supersonic and gets Llia confused; she hurts herself in confusion before she can pull off an attack*

Benoliz: "Not good…! Llia you’ve got to snap out of it!" (uses a potion on her)

*Tympole uses bubblebeam*

Llia: "I…I can...!" (uses watergun)

Benoliz: "Not effective…tackle it, Llia! You can do it!"

Llia: ! (Snaps out of confusion; tackles Tympole)

Benoliz: "Okay, just a little more; Miki, take care of him; Llia, you did great, come back!" (The Oshawott runs into her trainer's arms)

Miki: "Eww, gross thing aren’t ya?" (Uses take down, koing the Tympole)

N: "Timburr my friend, go!" (sends it out; Benoliz returns Miki and tosses Nadoh's pokeball)

Benoliz: "Nadoh, give it a psybeam!"

Nadoh: "I'm on it, Ben!" (Nadoh uses Psybeam! One-Hit-KO!)

N: "...my friends aren’t strong enough to save all Pokémon. And maybe I can’t solve the equation that will change the world. So…I need power…enough to make anyone agree with me." (Returns his fainted Pokemon to their pokeballs)

Benoliz: "What sort of power would that be, N…?" (Returns Nadoh)

N:(looking back at Benoliz) "…the power of Reshiram..! The legends say a hero created Unova with it. It is my turn to become the hero, Benoliz! You and I will be friends!" (He walks away)

Benoliz: "…he certainly has a hero's conviction..." (Watching N walk away)

Benoliz: (looking down, turning away from the gym) "Hmm…"

Llia: "What is it, Ben? Something N said?" (tugging on his pants leg)

Benoliz: "Heh. Kind of. Got me thinking if he could be so driven to make his Pokémon stronger, I should too. Let’s turn back and train in pinwheel forest. Maybe find another teammate."

Setting: Benoliz and his pokemon venture into the outskirts of Pinwheel Forest...

Nurse: "You’re gunna find yourself rooted to the ground if you aren’t tough, trainer!" (throws a pokeball, Munna appearing from it)

Benoliz: "Llia! Use water gun!" (She kos the munna with the move)

Llia: "W-what..?" (she glows, and evolves)

Nurse: "Huh, you certainly are a tough trainer. Be careful in the forest."

Benoliz: "Well, congratulations, Llia! You’ve evolved too..!"

Llia: "I…I have! I feel so much stronger now, Benoliz! Thank you for training me..!" (She hugs him)

Benoliz: "…aww…Llia…you’re gunna…"

Llia: (lets go of him, looking up) "I mean it, Ben!"

Benoliz: "…you’re very welcome. I’m glad to have you with me."

Clyde: "…I want to be stronger too, Benoliz..!"

Benoliz: "Right. Let’s train everyone! We all deserve the opportunity to improve."

Timburr: "Did someone say ‘training’? Heh, training is for ‘mons who aren’t already strong!" (Flexes his arms while holding a hunk of wood)

Clyde:*yawwwwn*

Timburr: "..w-whaaaaaa*yawwwn* Ahh.....sleepy..." (falls over, sleeping)

Benoliz: "Our lucky day, huh Clyde? Good job." (throws a heal ball, and catches)

Guss lv.14, Adamant nature; Impetuous and silly. Caught in Pinwheel forest. (Male)

Everyone is lv.20. Guss learned Wake-Up Slap! Clyde learned Bite! Llia Learned Fury cutter! Nadoh Learned Moonlight! Jemma learned Roost!

Guss: "Alright, so you guys ain't so bad...but how about finding a real challenge?"

Benoliz: "There is the gym....I guess we've trained enough then."

Page 21.5 out of 133 pages of my script covered at this point. Hahaha, progress.
Welp, finally have a full party! Thought it would be suitable to honor such a moment that could be fleeting in a nuzlocke by making that the picture rather than another N fight scene. I like this picture, aside from...uhm. How Miki looks... It could be just me. Maybe her head looks too flat. Maybe its because she seems to be too small. Hm.
Anyway, tune in next week to find out how the second gym goes!
