4th in a row, horah! 
And that settles it, I'm going to do one of these a month, haha.
You might notice some areas are lighter here than in the reference photo- I purposely lightened it up because I wanted to work with more subtle tones. I still think it works well; I think it made the hair look less like a wig and more natural. :D
(I also took to lightening up the background as well)

oh! here the greatest is the clothes! they look very detailed
hmm about things to improve: careful with the proportions on the head the face is good, but the hair is a bit bigger than it should
